Lagos Life: Library and Lekki route windows

LIBRARY — completed route, unisolated wish trigger
The Library was the Victoria Island venue in the report. At an earlier game-clock reading of 17:22, the travel entry was disabled with a 22:00 opening label. The later route could enter at 02:09. These readings do not establish its full hours.
Map → The Library → Trek → final Go Free completed travel with no fare. The outward route-window readings were Energy 82→64 and Hygiene 57→43; they are not fixed walking penalties.
Secret bookcase → Find the Secret Bookcase displayed 800 game naira and completed one charge of 800. The action receipt excluded travel. Later Goals showed four additional stars and replacement of the active bookcase wish.
Goals was not independently read after arrival and before the bookcase action. The combined route worked once; neither the necessary reward trigger nor a mandatory 800 unlock fee was isolated.
The home Cab quote and completed deduction were 550. Recorded route spending was 0 + 800 + 550 = 1,350. A later Hygiene reading of 100 had no isolated cause; it is not a Cab cleaning benefit.
The later home restore retained the recorded route money change, stars and ordered wishes once. This did not prove general Library rewards, every item action or cross-device persistence.

LEKKI — arrival before optional activities
Phone → Ride contained Lekki Conservation Centre and New Afrika Shrine even when the shorter Map list lacked them. The direct Phone route was verified; reaching a street first was unnecessary.
In the round 04 route, a Cab from the Shrine to Lekki cost 850. Confirmed arrival was followed by a Goals read before the canopy activity: the active Walk the Lekki canopy wish was replaced and stars increased by three.
Canopy walkway → Canopy Walk later charged 500. Energy 47→42 and Fun 99→100 were the checked action-window changes.
Tree house → Rest in the Tree House was Free. Energy 42→50 was checked while Fun was already 100. A Social change during rest was unisolated. Nature Photos was visible but not executed.
Picnic lawn → Picnic under the Trees charged 400. Hunger 53→83 was checked while Fun was already full. Higher Hunger means better satiation. None of these readings establishes fixed restoration amounts.
The venue receipt totaled canopy 500 + picnic 400 = 900 and excluded transport. Cab home cost 650. The recorded Shrine→Lekki→home leg therefore cost 850 + 900 + 650 = 2,400; this is not a direct home-to-Lekki quote.
The whole Shrine-and-Lekki outing spent 3,450: Shrine Cab 550, one Area Boys event payment 200, dance 300, Lekki Cab 850, canopy 500, picnic 400 and home Cab 650. The event appeared in that visit; a later Shrine visit had no such event. Frequency, Talk and Run outcomes were untested.
On a later visit, a same-named Lekki wish reappeared after a dance wish was replaced. This is one reappearance, not a measured reward loop, random pool or universal cooldown.
Round 04 report completion: 2026-10-07T03:34:49Z. Round 05 completion: 2026-10-07T04:16:02Z. Early-morning access and later external opening-time labels do not establish complete current hours.

Player use: read current Goals before travel and immediately after arrival; inspect each optional action and final return fare separately. Preserve the missing Library checkpoint instead of treating the two wish routes as the same trigger.
