The public round-30 guide supplies two additional starting and ending conditions: the tested Marketer began at 90% job performance with Charisma 3; after the completed shift promoted the character, the Career panel showed Relationship Officer Level 2 at 45% performance. These are readings from that one test, not a reset formula or a requirement that guarantees promotion.

Banking promotion [observed_once]
One completed Banking shift promoted Marketer (Level 1) to Relationship Officer (Level 2). This is one recorded result, not a promise of promotion in one shift.

Actual shift pay [observed_once]
That completed shift paid 11,600 game naira. Cab travel cost 150, leaving a recorded net increase of 11,450 in that test.

Next promotion requirements [menu_label]
The next Branch Manager menu required 100% performance and Charisma 3. Meeting displayed thresholds was not independently tested as a guaranteed promotion.

The Relationship Officer menu showed 21,000 per shift. No later completed shift confirmed payment of that amount.

Go to work was visible at game time 6:15 AM in this test. The exact unlock time and daily reset rule remain unknown.

Saved progression check [observed_once]
One restore of the original save retained the new rank, displayed performance and recorded income. This does not establish that every save problem is fixed.
