Attendance text and a start control answer different questions
An older Career panel described 8AM–5PM while Jobs described a one-hour shift and different attendance text. Those descriptions were not fully reconciled. On 7 October, a legal Go to work entrance was absent at 5:44 and present at 6:00 in one check; a Cab then charged ₦150 and work began.
Later rounds 17 and 18 still found a blocked start. A checked Go automatically control did not prove an automatic shift. The round-18 report did not freshly read Skills or Goals, so its older values cannot be assigned a new observation date.
At one later midnight reading, You work today replaced older wording but a following Jobs inspection still had no start. Wording alone did not measure a midnight reset or allow repeated work.
Read the actual card without converting its labels into rewards
On 8 October, an opened Next shift card displayed Today 8AM and Marina Towers · Victoria Island. It described workdays 6AM–10PM and an early-bird boost for clocking in by 9:30AM. At that inspection there was no actual entry at 2:14AM and no journey or reward test.
The Cab ₦150 on that card was a quote. The working-window and early-bird text were not independently re-read in the later round-51 Career check. Check the control you can open now before relying on either historical description.

Keep offered pay, partial pay and a full receipt separate
The early completed departure received ₦2,900 while the full-shift menu said ₦11,600. Performance moved to 90% and the role stayed Marketer 1. The ratio does not establish a universal quarter-shift formula, and an unobserved tax deduction does not prove all wages are untaxed.
The later full Banking run on 8 October received ₦11,600 and explicitly promoted Marketer 1 to Relationship Officer 2, with a subsequent 45% performance reading. After the observed ₦150 commute, the narrow net increase was ₦11,450. Unrelated guitar shopping from an earlier session is not a payroll deduction.

Use a work-only ledger
The full-shift report repeatedly observed Do Your Work after the first work-card reading; the initial mode was not independently recorded and no mode comparison was made. Four tasks and one went well were receipt-level readings, not proof that an individual safe answer succeeded.
The apparent shift was bracketed at about 59m11s–62m02s, including observation uncertainty. Exact shift duration and total eligibility waiting are unresolved; that bracket is not an hourly earning estimate.
