The game is blank or will not load

First separate a game loading issue from an embedded-window issue.

1. Open lagoslife.app directly in a new tab. If it works there, keep playing there and use this companion in another tab.
2. Reload once and check that your internet connection works on another site. Try an updated browser.
3. If a browser extension blocks the game, test with that extension disabled for the game only. Do not switch off browser security globally.
4. If the direct game page still fails, record the time, browser and exact error. This page does not perform a live outage check.

For account recovery and missing game saves, use help offered by the game provider. This community cannot access your game account.
